Our signs do not come with a rust finish; they will rust over time in the weather. They are not painted made from raw mild steel. Our products are made rustic and may come with grind marks and imperfections, which will not be visible once weathering has occurred.

We offer returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase; the item must be unused and in the same condition at delivery. Refunds do not apply for custom signs unless deemed faulty or damaged. Please note that faulty or damaged does not include grind marks or imperfections. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit or a replacement of the same value.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement that ensures full satisfaction. Faulty items must be returned to within 10 days of your requested refund.

Based in Temora NSW. We offer complimentary delivery within the Temora shire. Pick up can be arranged from our workshop at Gidgee Estate. We will send you an email to confirm pickup and delivery once your item is ready. Postage is available, please contact our team if you require postage.
